Parties are available on Sundays from 3:30-5:00pm.

 

Need more party time? Add an additional half hour ($100) when reserving your party! 30 minutes will be added to the end of your rental period (5:00-5:30pm). Must be added in advance, pending availability.

The package includes admission for up to 12 children. $20 per additional child (up to 8 additional children, max of 20 total). Babies 9 month & under are free.

 

We welcome a max of 60 people total (includes children and adults).

All children should be included in the guest count, but babies 9 months & under are free!

We want you to spend less time worrying about the paper plates and more time celebrating. With the Lawn Party Package, no setup is required! BUT if you want to bring extra decorations for your event, we highly recommend adding an additional 30 minutes for setup. Otherwise, please factor in setup time in your 1.5 hour rental period (ie. setup from 3:30-4:00 and party/food/cake from 4:00-5:00).

 

As a friendly reminder, there is no setting up or dropping off of party supplies prior to the start of the rental period. Decorations cannot be attached to the walls, ceiling, play structures, or furniture in the space.

All deep cleaning will be performed by The Wonder staff members; party hosts are responsible for removing anything that may have been brought into the space that you would like to keep. We will take care of the rest!

 

All party guests must leave the venue after the party’s scheduled end time. If guests do not leave the party in time, additional time will be charged (see Incidentals Deposit). Party hosts will have an additional 15 minutes to leave the facilities.

5:00 – Party wraps up and guests depart

The Wonder does not provide storage before or after an event. All decorations, props, rented furniture, beverages and beverage serving materials, and personal belongings must be brought in no earlier than the start of the rental time period and must be removed at the end of the event.

Included in the Lawn Party Package is six cheese pizzas from Turu’s, one organic juice box for each child, water for all guests, and one 8”, 3 layer cake from Bakeshop (choice of cake flavor from this menu). Hungry for more? Additional pizzas and juice boxes can be added to your party package, and you can upgrade to a 10”, 2 layer cake. No other outside foods are allowed.

Yes, alcohol is permitted in the space for adult consumption only. No red wine please! Under no circumstance can The Wonder staff be asked to handle or serve alcohol.

The Wonder’s staff members will be present during the party to welcome guests and to maintain the safety and cleanliness of the play space. They will also set up the kids party tables with themed plates, napkins, and cutlery, and serve pizzas and cake included in the Lawn Party Package. They are not responsible for childcare, providing entertainment, or facilitating activities unless a Lo-Fi Fun Activity has been added to your reservation. Under no circumstance can The Wonder staff be asked to handle or serve alcohol.

Yes, outside entertainment is welcome in the space for your celebration. Please inform The Wonder at least one week before your event date.

No decor can be attached to the walls, ceiling, play structures, or furniture in the space. Balloons must be attached to balloon weights. No confetti please! You will be charged for any damage to the space resulting from your decorations. When in doubt about decorations deemed acceptable, please consult with The Wonder staff.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve the date and time. Bookings close 14 days before the event starts.

The remaining party balance must be paid at least 14 days before your party date.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. You must submit a written request via email for cancellation. If it becomes necessary for you to cancel the event, The Wonder will waive liability for the balance of the rental fee only if the date is rebooked and/or transferred to a third party who accepts responsibility for the balance of the rental fee.

When checking in on the day of your event, The Wonder will place a $250 deposit hold on your card for estimated incidental expenses including damages and overtime. You will only be charged if there is excessive wear and tear to the space, and/or extended use of the space for any reason. If no added expenses accrue, your deposit hold will be released at the end of your event.
