The deposit will be refunded to CUSTOMER after the completion of the event.

CUSTOMER must submit in writing to The Wonder at least two (2) days prior to the event the total number of expected guests, as well as the number of expected children requiring seating.

CUSTOMER acknowledges that the play space at The Wonder is designed for children aged 0-10 years old (age dependent on location). When children older than the age range are present for the event, CUSTOMER accepts full responsibility for any damage to property that results from their use of toys and furnishings that are not intended for their use.

All guests must sign the BIRTHDAY PARTY GUEST WAIVER before entering The Wonder.

Events may not extend past the designated end time unless prior arrangements are made by CUSTOMER with The Wonder. If for any reason the event surpasses the designated end time, the Incidentals Deposit, which covers extended use of the space, will not be refunded to CUSTOMER.

CUSTOMER may enter the space at their designated start time to begin set-up. There is no setting up or dropping off of decorations, furnishings, food or beverage permitted in the space prior to that designated time.

CUSTOMER must make arrangements to have all rental equipment picked up and removed from the space on the same day as the event, and before the end of the event unless prior arrangements are made with The Wonder. Any large items that are left behind by vendors will result in a surcharge (see Incidentals Deposit).

THE WONDER STAFF. The Wonder Guides will be on duty during the entire event. Wonder Guides will open and close the space and provide information and direction as needed. With the purchase of the Lawn Party Package, Wonder Guides will set up the kids tables with tablecloth, paper plates, napkins, cutlery, and juice boxes. During the party, Wonder Guides will serve pizzas included the Lawn Party Package. Wonder Guides will not be available to decorate, to serve outside food or beverage, or to participate in the event unless a Lo-Fi Fun Activity has been added to the package. Wonder Guides are not responsible for supervising kids at any time.

FURNITURE (TABLES AND CHAIRS). Such items are provided upon request and will be set up and taken down by Wonder Guides. Furniture is not to be taken outside, moved, or rearranged by CUSTOMER or any guest attending the event.

DEEP CLEANING. The Wonder will perform deep cleaning, such as mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting, prior to and after the event. CUSTOMER must remove anything brought in by self, guests or hired vendors.

PARKING. CUSTOMER and/or guests are responsible for any fees/penalties incurred by parking in prohibited areas or any other traffic infractions.

Decorations may NOT be fastened to the walls, ceiling, play structures, or furniture in the space. Balloons must be attached to balloon weights. Other decorations not accepted include, but are not limited to: confetti and open flame candles.

Immediately following the completion of the event, all decorations, trash, or other debris must be thrown away in the appropriate receptacles provided. Anything left behind will be discarded. When in doubt about decorations deemed acceptable, CUSTOMER should consult with The Wonder. Failure to do so may result in a surcharge for excessive wear and tear (see Incidentals Deposit).

Food quantity varies by location, but in general, the Lawn Party Package includes: cheese pizzas, one (1) organic juice box for each child, and one birthday cake. No other outside food may be brought onto the premises unless prior arrangements are made by CUSTOMER with The Wonder.

The Wonder has created new protocols and put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, The Wonder cannot guarantee that CUSTOMER or persons attending the event will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending the event may increase the risk of contracting COVID-19 to CUSTOMER, CUSTOMER’s minor child(ren), and those in close contact with CUSTOMER.

CUSTOMER agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Wonder and its employees from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities incurred by The Wonder or its employees, arising from CUSTOMER’s acts or omissions under this agreement or any act or omission of CUSTOMER’s vendors, employees, contractors, or persons attending the event with the express or implied permission or invitation of CUSTOMER, except as may arise from the negligence or willful misconduct of The Wonder or its employees.

The Wonder will not be held responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries. This refers to any loss, damage, or injury to persons or possessions that may occur at any function held on this property, from any cause, whatsoever, prior to, during, or subsequent to the period covered by this agreement. CUSTOMER will be responsible for the control and supervision of the people in attendance during the use of the space to ensure no harm is done to persons or property.
